  • Complete the the membership form and print it by following the information listed belowand mail it with your check or money order payable to LITPC and mail to the the LITPC Treasurer's address as noted below.
  • Paying via Square complete the form and save it as a Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file by
  1. Open the print menu by pressing Ctrl+P.
  2. Under the “Printer” drop-down menu, select “Microsoft Print to PDF” or “Save as PDF”. (The exact wording may vary by browser.)
  3. Click “Print”.
  4. When prompted, choose where you want to save the file.
  5. If you're on an older version of Windows that does not have the built-in Microsoft Print to PDF printer, the Google Chrome browser provides its own “Save as PDF” option.
