Read me file.

On this disk your will find 5 files. They are as follows:

1. LITPC Presention with voice or audio (This file is a Microsoft PowerPoint file)
	The file name is: LITPCPresentationVoice
2. LITPC Presentation without voice or audio (This file is a Microsoft PowerPoint file)
	The file name is: LITPCPresentationWO06112007
3. Seminar Powerpoint Presentation notes (This file is a Microsoft Word file)
	The file name is: Seminar Powerpoint Notes
4. LITPC Instructions (This is a text file that can be viewed by Microsoft Word or an ANSI reading software)
	The file name is: LITPC Instructions
5. LITPC Presentation with out voice or Audio. This filw is an Adobe Acrobat or pdf file.
	The file name is: LITPCpresentationWO06112007 

The difference between the LITPC Presentation with voice/audio and the LITPC Presentation without voice/audio files is the one with voice/audio can be viwed and heard via using ones computer speakers.

The LITPC Presentation without voice/audio one must read the Seminar Powerpoint Presentation notes to get the information on the different slides.


The steps to view the LITPC Instructions are presented below.


1. Place the disk with the files on it in your CD or DVD drive. 
2. The disk should automatically display the files on your monitor. If it does not, go to "My Computer" icon and click on the "My Computer icon". The drives sould appear on the monitor. 
3. Than click on the drive where the disk is located.  
4. The files should display on your monitor.
5. When the files are displayed on the monitor one can double click on the file icon to open it. Any text file will open this file.
6. When the file is opened one can view the information of this file.
7. When finished reading/printing the instructions close the text file. 
8. If one wants to view any of the following files follow the instructions for the file you wish to view.
9. When finshed viewing the files close the file.    
10.Remove the disk from your CD or DVD drive.


The steps to view and listen to the LITPC Presentation with voice/audio is presented below.

1. Place the disk with the files on it in you CD or DVD drive. 
2. The disk should automatically display the files on your monitor. If it does not, go to "My Computer" icon and click on the "My Computer icon". The drives should appear on the monitor. 
3. Than click on the drive where the disk is located.  
4. The files should display on your monitor (The MicroSoft PowerPoint files are very large and will take sometime to load).
5. When the files are displayed on the monitor one can double click on the file icon to open it.
6. When the file is opened one can view the file.
7. To hear the audio the speakers on your computer must be turned on.
8. On each slide there is a speaker icon on the right side of each slide. To hear the audio either click or double click on the speaker icon and the audio will play. The speakers must be turned on.
9. Advance each slide and than click on the speaker icon to hear the audio for each slide.
10.Enjoy the presentation. When one has finished viewing the presentation get out of the file.
11.Remove the disk from your CD or DVD drive.    


The steps to view the LITPC Presentation without voice/audio is presented below.

1. Place the disk with the files on it in you CD or DVD drive. 
2. The disk should automatically display the files on your monitor. If it does not, go to "My Computer" icon and click on the "My Computer icon". The drives sould appear on the monitor. 
3. Than click on the drive where the disk is located.

The steps to view the LITPC Presentation using the Adobe Acrobat or pdf file is presented below.(One needs to have Adobe Acrobat Reader program installed on your computer.) This software can be downloaded free at Adobe Acrobat web site. url: http://www.acrobat-center.com/ follow the instructions on the web page

1. Place the disk with the files on it in you CD or DVD drive.
